It boasts a boatload of Japanese botanicals, with cedar wood, shiso leaf, chrysanthemum, sansho pepper and yuzu! Citrus and spice intertwine beautifully in this fragrant gin.

Nose:Â Leafy and vibrant, with mint, lime, caraway and fresh juniper.
Palate:Â The leafy notes remain at the fore, but soon enough a creamy hint of green tea arrives, along with a kick of ginger.
Finish:Â Just a touch of citrus oil sweetness appears on the finish.
