The Aberlour Triple Cask Single Malt Whisky is designed exclusively for the Travel Retail area and is grown in Oloroso Sherry Barrels and in two different American White Oak Barrels. Therefore, the name Triple Cask. A single malt with full aromas of pears, vanilla and toffee. Oranges, licorice, raisins and roasted almonds show their taste.
Aberlour Triple Cask Tasting Notes
Aroma: fruity notes of pears and candied fruits. With honey, vanilla and caramel.
Taste: sweet and creamy on the tongue. Starts with ripe oranges and raisins. Then roasted almonds, spicy oak and some licorice.
Finish: Long lasting and sweet with honey and fruit. Then spicy wood and also wood smoke.
