This Old Forester, Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is uniquely authentic. This multi-award winning bourbon is still made the same way it was first made in 1870 by George Gravin Brown, from corn, rye and barley malt and double distilled. Old Forester is made with a higher proportion of rye than most bourbon whiskeys, which gives it its rich and unique character. Stored in handcrafted oak barrels in-house production, a bourbon matures the way bourbon should be.

At the beginning it is slightly sweet with a subtle spiciness, accompanied by floral nuances of fresh mint, spicy tobacco and fine vanilla. This is followed by a comfortably soft texture of oak, sweet corn, rye and traces of bourbon vanilla on the palate.
