Bodegas Protos Crianza has ripe, earthy aromas of raisin and baking spices meet a tar note on the nose. Rubbery tannins are ramped up on the palate, while this crianza from a warm, dry vintage delivers flavors of mocha, char and wood grain that linger through the finish.
