Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that’s distinctively clean and smooth
It is medium amber in colour, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg. Followed by a long, dry, and satiny finish with a light toffee flavour
Bulleit Bourbon is delicious in cocktails, the spicy taste makes the Old Fashioned, Kentucky Mule and Mint Julip. It is also a favourite in hot serves such as a Hot Toddy and Hot Chocolate

Nose:Â Bright with orange zest, toasted oak and vanilla.
Palate:Â Further orange notes, followed by some warming winter spices and a hint of tobacco leaf.
Finish:Â Smooth and spicy.
Overall:Â A new style of Bulleit (at least for us), but it’s still as brilliant as ever!
