About Dalmore Distillery

Founded in 1839 on the banks of the Cromarty Firth in the Scottish Highlands, Dalmore has been perfecting the art of sherry cask maturation for over 180 years. The distillery uses some of the tallest pot stills in Scotland and is celebrated for its unique maturation process involving American white oak ex-bourbon casks and a range of premium sherry casks — including Apostoles, Matusalem, and Amoroso sherry butts. Tasting Notes

Nose: Strikingly aromatic and inviting — vibrant dark orange, Christmas cake, rich sherry sweetness, dark chocolate, and warm sweet malt.

Maturation
