The creation of master blender Alex Thomas, The Sexton Irish Single Malt whiskey is made from 100% Irish malted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills. After, the liquid is aged in Spanish Oloroso sherry casks imparting a rich and fruity character. It comes in a rather eye-catching hexagonal bottle, too.

Made from 100% Irish malted barley, the sexton is triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged in former oloroso sherry casks. The result is a perfect balance of rich, dried fruits and subtle oak notes with a smooth finish that will leave you wanting more.
Inside the distinct, black hexagonal bottle is a bright golden spirit with warming aromas of toffee, marzipan, citrus, allspice and hints of dark chocolate. On the palate flavours of dried fruit and oak shine through, a direct result of ageing in Oloroso Sherry casks; the finish is smooth and supple with a kiss of sweetness

Nose:Â Rich aromas of nuts, marzipan and dark chocolate with a pinch of spice.
Palate:Â Dried fruit followed by honeycomb sweetness, apricots, lemon zest, prunes and oak spice.
