1865 Carmenere Red Wine 750ml

1865 Carmenere Red Wine is a delicious, yet lesser known grape varietal, Chilean Carmenere results in fantastically beautiful, medium-bodied, fruit-forward wines. With gentle tannins, and deep crimson colors, you can expect an array of berries, red fruits, spice, smokiness and earth on both the nose and palate.

Spicy berry aromas are accented by black tea and leafy scents that create an ideal Carmenère nose. A tightly concentrated palate offers mixed berry flavors touched up by the right level of oak and spice. A steady finish brings juicy acidity and toasty notes.

COLOR:
Deep garnet red.

NOSE:
Intense aromas of ripe red fruit like cherries, plums and blueberries, in addition to cassis blended with notes of chocolate, mocha and cedar.

TASTE:
Very dense and concentrated, with mature and noticeable tannins. In addition, the wine displays a very good balance between the tannins,acidity and oak.
