History
The Casa Vinicola Abbazia is located in a little town near Monferrato and Langhe, in the heart of the Piémont region. Its vineyards are perfectly exposed on slopes that produced since the 9th Century high quality wine in DOCG and DOC. The Abbazia winery was established in 1848. Under the pieces of advice of Pietro Santero, the patriarch of the Santero’s family, the winery bottles its own wine. Since 3 generations the Santero family is proud of having its wine cellar and of operating on an historical site.
Regional Information
