Robertson Winery Natural Sweet Harvest

Grapes were harvested at an early stage to ensure low alcohol.

In the cellar : The wine is made from the Chenin Blanc, Colombard and Muscadel grapes. Juice was left on the skins for a short while to extract flavour. Fermentation was stopped before the wine fermented dry and centrifuged to remove all active yeast cells. The wine was then filtered and chilled to stabilize it.
