Description

1865 reserve sauvignon blanc is a Chilean wine classified as white wine.

Sourced from their coastal vineyards located only 3.5 km from the Pacific Ocean, the 1865 is a zippy, crisp white wine. Fruit-driven with big citrus aromas, the proximity of the vineyard to the sea lends the wine a cool saline component, similar to the Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. Grab some boat shoes and enjoy with oysters, fried shrimp and grilled fish.

This transparent yellow wine has an intense and delicate aroma. It stand out for its freshness and complexity because of its citric fruits (grapefruit, lime), tropical fruits, and mineral notes. The palate is a fresh combination of well balanced fruits, mineral, good acidity, volume, and a long finish.
