The Tall Horse Cabernet Sauvignon red dry wine is a delightful rich and ruby red blend. The nose is packed with plenty of dark forest berry aromas and blackberry fruit fragrances. The palate opens up with alluring spicy oak top notes and supple tannins that linger with rampant ripe blackcurrant and pastille flavors. Tall Horse wines are fresh and fruity and made in the western cape of south Africa, ripe and juicy , aromas of ripe forest berries and spice, red and black berry fruit flavours with vanilla oak and a smooth, juicy finish, serve with steak, roasts, casseroles, tomato based pasta sauces or hard cheeses.
About This Blend
Fermented on the skins for 7 days at 24-28 degrees with three aerations per day. After pressing the young wine matured on French oak staves for 3 months where malolactic fermentation is completed.
